SHINE Mentors
RSVP for the Poster Session by July 25, 2023

During the poster session, SHINE students will have two presentation types: 1) Research Poster and 2) Oral Research Presentation. The SHINE poster and the oral presentation occur at the same time.
Please review the oral presentation schedule to see when your student(s) are presenting in SLH. When they are not in SLH, they will be in MCB with their poster. You can join them at both locations.
Light appetizers and refreshments will be served in MCB. Please do NOT take food/drinks to SLH. Trashcans for food/drinks will only be provided in MCB.

- 12:00pm-12:24pm -- Biomedical, Chem, Materials & Environmental

Certificate Ceremony (MCB Level 1/Lobby)
12:30 – 1:30 pm
By June 7, Please submit 1+ peer-reviewed publication that you want the SHINE Student will read at the start of SHINE.
SHINE Director, Monica Lopez, will host office hours every Thursday from 1-3 pm (except July 6) at https://usc.zoom.us/j/96505059734
