Mission Engineering is a 2 week seminar in which high school students work on different aspects of engineering projects from design to completion covering aerospace, biomedical, chemical, civil, computer science and mechanical engineering disciplines. Students work in teams that rotate from each of the projects until all four projects are complete. Mission Engineering serves up to 36 students each year and has been a part of USC Viterbi for 11 years. The dates for Mission Engineering are July 16, 2018 – July 27, 2018 .
The cost of this two-week camp is $750. However, all low-income students accepted into the camp will receive a FULL SCHOLARSHIP; this will be based on participation in the free or reduced school lunch program.
