Careers in STEM is a summer series of workshops  in which STEM faculty and STEM professionals share their respective STEM subject areas with elementary, middle school and high school students and their parents through a related STEM based activity and/or discussion workshop.

This series will consist of 5 days of STEM workshops which will spotlight hands-on activities and discussion led workshops run by STEM professionals and faculty in their areas of expertise.

Registration Information

  • Registration is on a first come-first served basis
  • Deadline to register is July 22, 2017
  • Late registrations will only be accepted if there is room available.
  • Different STEM topic workshops will be offered each day (simultaneously) for five consecutive days
  • You can only register for 1 workshop per day
  • Parent or responsible adult must accompany student to the workshops

The workshops will take place on the southwest side of the main USC campus. Participants may park on campus in the Downey Parking Structure for a cost of $12 or in the surrounding neighborhoods.

Logistics and details will be emailed to those registered for the workshops. Unfortunately, non-registered, walk-ins will not be able to participate.
